Night of Honor: Impacted Families Honoring the Movement

Thursday, May 26, 2022 @ TBD

Two years ago on May 26, 2020, the people in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas rose up to protest police violence against Black lives. The people launched the largest protest the world has ever seen. Many protesters, activists, and residents continue to take a stand to support several families who have suffered the trauma of a modern-day lynching of their loved one. This gathering, hosted by Families Supporting Families Against Police Violence, will be a special night to honor the people who have been boots on the ground.

We invite you to share your stories and experiences with protesting for Black lives with the George Floyd Global Memorial.
